Prohibited Items

-The box office is open Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. Tickets may be purchased over the phone or in person for most shows.
-We are a Ticketmaster venue, if you purchased tickets from somewhere else, please be sure you have the ticket before you arrive.

The MJN Center does not own any parking. There is a City of Poughkeepsie Parking Garage located directly across the street which is available for event parking. The City typically charges a flat rate for special event parking that they determine.

MJN – Majed J Nesheiwat Convention Center Management reserves the right to prohibit other items as deemed necessary. You will enter the building through medal detectors. The following is a partial list of prohibited items that are not permitted inside the venue:

Firestarters or lightersIllegal drugs/substancesOversized bags (larger than 18” x 14” x 6”) This includes Diaper Bags.

Outside food or beverage
Cans or bottles
Cameras with external flash or interchangeable lenses.

Beach balls or projectiles
Skateboards

Noise making devices

Fireworks Pets (service animals exempt)

For all shows, absolutely NO outside food and/or beverages will be allowed to be brought in. Items deemed unsafe by security personnel will not be allowed into the MJN – Majed J Nesheiwat Convention Center.
